Roadlamp Limited is recruiting engineering graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme offers recent graduates structured training, hands-on project experience, mentorship, and exposure to various engineering functions while working alongside experienced professionals in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical, operational, and soft-skills training.
• Assist senior engineers with project planning, design, and execution.
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering activities.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations.
• Develop proficiency in relevant engineering software, tools, and systems.
• Support engineering operations on-site or in the field when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
• Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of industry-specific tools or software, such as AutoCAD, is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as part of the training rotation.
