Available Roles 

1. Procurement Officer 

• We are currently seeking a Procurement Officer at our facility in Awka, Anambra State, to effectively manage the procurement of raw materials, oversee inbound logistics, and ensure timely replenishments to support the company’s operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all procurement processes for raw materials and other inbound goods.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Oversee the receipt of all inbound logistics and keep records of all goods received.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all goods in the inbound store.
• Monitor inventory levels of the inbound store to ensure timely replenishments.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and delivery schedules.
• Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on the usage of raw materials for the management review.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast material needs.
• Resolve any issues related to supplier performance or delivery delays.
• Participate in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in an accounting, procurement, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

2. Warehouse Officer 

• This is a full-time on-site Warehouse Officer role located in Awka, Anambra state.
• As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for recording stocks, organizing inventory to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain within an Aluminium Extrusion Factory,

Responsibilities:

• Organize and store items systematically in designated locations.
• Optimize warehouse space through strategic product arrangement.
• Clearly label shelves, bins, and products for easy identification and retrieval.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Implement and enforce stock rotation methods, such as FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Oversee the careful loading of goods onto delivery vehicles to prevent damage.
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse supervisor and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling profiles and heavy materials.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all outgoing goods.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is properly completed and filed.
• Conduct and participate in monthly stock counts.
• Assist with periodic inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Comply and ensure all other warehouse staff comply with all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Identify operational issues, take corrective action, or escalate to the warehouse supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or warehouse, in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• An attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer skills.

• Planning and time management ability.
• Ability to carry out clerical duties efficiently.
