Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, referrals, and market research
- Promote company products and services directly to potential clients
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business strategy
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and marketing targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, field marketing, or direct sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good understanding of marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (any relevant discipline)
