Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, referrals, and market research
  • Promote company products and services directly to potential clients
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business strategy
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and marketing targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, field marketing, or direct sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of marketing and customer acquisition strategies
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (any relevant discipline)
