Program Description 

The FanMilk Ascend Graduate Training Program is a structured 12-month National Service placement designed specifically for talented graduates seeking meaningful industry experience.

Participants will work on real-life projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to business operations across multiple functions.

Location: Ghana
Duration: 12 Months

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Must be eligible for National Service in Ghana.
