Duplo Customer Operations Intern 2026

Duplo is recruiting a Customer Operations Intern to support customer onboarding, respond to enquiries and improve product adoption across its markets.

The role offers practical experience in fintech customer operations, customer support, issue resolution and the use of digital business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Support customer onboarding by providing account setup guidance, coordinating training and conducting follow-ups.
• Track customer issues, provide timely updates and maintain accurate support records.
• Follow up with customers to identify adoption challenges and provide approved guidance.
• Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Help develop and maintain FAQs, customer guides and training materials.
• Prepare routine reports on customer support activities, onboarding progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Handle customer information responsibly and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to learn new products, support systems and processes.
• Good judgment, problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer concerns.
• Interest in fintech, business software and customer experience.
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage.
