Role Overview

As the Business Development & Social Media Associate, you will drive business growth by acquiring new customers, reactivating inactive clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will also manage Greenfood’s social media platforms, engage with customers, and convert online interactions into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and expand the company’s client base.
• Reactivate inactive customers to increase repeat business.
• Visit restaurants, hotels, caterers, and food businesses across Abuja to generate sales.
• Manage customer engagement on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Enhance brand visibility and support business growth through effective social media management.

Requirements

• OND, ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or social media management.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
